Great hotel near Mall Kelapa Gading. The receptionist is nice, they can give me the room as expected. The room is quite big and has a comfy bed, Minibar, tv with many channels options, sofa under the window. The bathroom is clean. But the minus is the room hallway seems a little bit dark and the check out process was a little bit longer. Overall this hotel is good and recommended ????????

This is my first time to stay here and this is also my first day, I am planning to stay 5 days. So far I am happy with this hotel. The room is clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Hopefully it will remain good until my check out day.

The access is so easy if we want to go anywhere, even though the hotel is small. But the room is very clean and comfortable. Overall good

Clean hotel reasonable price. Top service. Very nice and polite staff. If in Jakarta, I will only stay at this hotel.
Unfortunately, due to COVID the massage and spa service has been suspended until further notice. The breakfast is now served in the room. No buffet breakfast anymore.

Have stayed in other branch of favehotels, but Favehotel Kelapa Gading is the worst. Start from the check in staff (guy) that didn’t know the difference between double bed and twin bed, took so long to checked in. Stayed here for almost a week, always disturbed by the sound of the vacuum cleaner, stayed at my rooms in the morning until evening, around 11am - 3pm the vacuum cleaner sound is very loud, totally loud, no sorry from them. How can guest can take a rest when the sound is very loud. Room is ok. Not too narrow for a budget hotel. Bathroom is quite spacious. Amenities and toiletries quite good. Love their bamboo/ wood toothbrush. So far the rest is ok. Just complain about the SOUND OF THE VACUUM CLEANER that VERY DISTURBING. Price is ok, food is ok, not too many choices but taste is ok. Hot water is available at the hallway in every level. Oh I almost forgot, their key card is suck, when going out and then comeback, my card always can not read by the sensor at the door, the sensor is just very weak. I HAVE TO UPDATE MY KEY CARD EVERY COMEBACK TO MY ROOM. The manager or whoever the staff who read this, please improve your service, for real.

Actually I have stayed with my friend here for 2 days. But the hotel is far away from central Jakarta. It takes almost 30 minutes to reach there from central Jakarta. We have taken a twin room. It Seems like conjusted. The room is clean but the toilet has to be much better. The staff service is nice and worthy for money.
