CF best gym in Jakarta so far, in my opinion. Large space free weight + body weight training, high cielings, Three classrooms, decent shower locker room.

One of the best fitness center in Kelapa Gading area, with complete equipments, cardio theater, classes and lockers.

The gym itself is complete, clean, and is enforced with health protocols as well. The best part for me is the group classes. It could be crowded after office hours so I prefer going in the morning. The staffs, instructors, and other members are friendly so that the gym feels like a second home.

Not too crowded during the day. Better than gold's gym (gimme discount pls lol).. Equipment of my preference is well maintained . There's cleaning wipes and sanitizer available throughout the workout area. But the health protocol is not strictly enforced. Be sure you are vaccinated. Lol

Has lots of equipments, PT Area, Yoga Studio Room, Cycling Room and Dance Studio Room...
Clean Locker bathroom, showers and Sauna...
