Very disappointing ordering sytem and poor service quality. We were directed to place an order over QR code by the waiter. The system indicates that the order has been placed. Sadly, no food nor beverage were served after we waited for almost an hour. We were shocked that the waiter told us thst the order is not complete until we make a payment. It is very unusual to encounter such ordering system where the notification indicates that order hae been placed, but will not processed unless paid. Furthermore, no one seems to bother to checking on our empty table for almost one (1) hour. Very much a time waster. Good intentioned to follow the modern trend, but failed to implement the right ordering system, follow by poor service standard.
