Before I wanted to give 5 stars because the doctors u0026 nurses were really nice and helpful BUT when I called, the male operater was really rude, he raised his voice on me when I asked for the second time because his instruction wasn't clear enough. Well, it's his issue for not saying clear enough until people have to ask again. To hospital management, if someone has an anger issue, please don't put in front desk because it affected other people's mood or day.

Took almost 3 hours just for the medicine and 1 hours just to wait for the doctor if we use bpjs. If use the reguler pay services, the difference on services is too clear

If only Google has minus review for the hospital. I'd give it at least zero. I have a really bad experience with every aspects, including bad management, bad and slow service (I think they lack of medical staffs, admin, security), bad flow and circulation, even the cleaning service team. I am so disappointed that our Jakarta city has a very terrible health facility like this.

This hospital is not recommended at all. I am so sorry.

Zero on services. Have tried to complain to whatsapp +62 857-7939-3336 but no result for improvement. Is it just formality procedure to just put the hospital CS number?
Queue for so long. Tidak ada kejelasan nomor antrian. Walau sudah dapat nomor antrianpun, antriannya tidak jalan. It took forever to just move from 1 number to the next one. Wasting the time. Really sorry for the people especially the old one to just wait and wait. Like we have so much time to just wait for 1/2 day minimal.

I can go full essay on how i HATE this HOSPITAL for their SUPER BAD SERVICE! One star is too good for them..

Let me write some points,
I was hospitalized for dengue and typhoid with HB only 18thousand. (paid without insurance or BPJS) and the nurse scolded me for having empty-but-tightly-closed mineral water bottles on my side table. I thought that is the job of a nurse, not a bed-rest patient to clean their table.
Nurse didnt give me my medicine until my friend asked for it at 9PM. (can u imagine that? I'd skipped my meds if my friend was not there)
Doctor only greets me in the morning without checking me at all and I had to pay 300thou plus for the morning greeting.
Took us 6hours to finally be discharged, my friend who took care of the administration said that the nurse was not working on it, she had to keep eyeing the nurse so she worked on the paper work (only stayed there one night cuz i couldnt stand their bad service, moved to St Carolus Gading Serpong was the best decision ever.)
They almost "steal" the medicine that I payed, by saying that they dont know where it was, my friend insist them to return it, just after short debate, they manage to return it.

There are many more points but it's too long to write.

The service is extremely bad for a long established hospital. The doctor didn't want to visit to the in house patient due to covid while I'm tested non reactive that's why I was allowed to get in. I need to remind them again and again about my test result and they said the doctor has seen my result but nobody even the doctor inform me?? As a patient I deserve to know what's my result. I'm just sleeping, eating, taking medicine without further assessment. One doctor came to me and talk like what I feel isn't a big deal, well, I pay for your service, at least do the proper diagnosis. Not just talk in 5 minutes then I have to pay for full service?
