For a fine dining place, it's not quite as I expected. Lack of smile and thorough explanations from the serving staff kinda put me off. But I have to understand, this is not a Michelin Star restaurant after all. It's just a a restaurant with 'fine dining' theme to it. You get what you paid for. Other than that, dishes are great and amazing. 10/10 will order again. Even tho it's not quite suited for Medanese taste, but you gotta give the chef points for making bold move to serve dishes not familiar with local taste buds. If I want to nitpick, choices for music are pretty bad, I was expecting nice jazzy tune instead of pop rock.

Food cooked close to perfection. Love your steak, the salmon skin is crunchy, the seafood is fresh. Love the entré. The unagi is savory and has a hint of smokey smell which i enjoy. Corn soup is totally my taste. The sweetness of the corn, the hint of salt from the crunchy prawn is a deadly fusion that makes me unable to stop myself from finishing the whole bowl.

Ambience is calm and comforting. Suitable for a date, they have private room too for a more private event. Love the simple yet tasteful decoration.

Definitely a must try when u come to Medan.

Make sure to make reservation. You won't be disappointed.

Definitely will come back on special occasion..

The dinning experience feels intimate but not intimidating. You can take your family, date, love ones or even business partner and you won't be dissapointed.
But always remember to reserved first before coming, bcs the seating is limited.

The food is top notch. Couldn't asked for more.
The salmon is my favorite, the sauce is the masterpiece.. best salmon steak i've ever tasted.
Spaghetti is al-dente, the shrimp is cooked to perfection
The wagyu don not my favo because i ordered skirt meat, a lil bit chewier but flavour is amazing.. gonna ordered another cut for next visit
The dessert tasted just right to finished overall meal.

It’ve been a while since the last time I dine in here.
But, when I scroll down to the picture I take when I ate here, I think it’s a must to review ????

I think this is the best fine dining with some “fusion” concept in town.
Everytime when I think about fine dining in town, still will refer to upperlevel.
The taste of the food is real good and every new menu is worth trying for ????

had an amazing dining experience here! staff were very helpful and communicative. table were filled with hand written birthday notes as i requested.

MUST ORDER: aglio olio (very fresh prawn) , premium wagyu don with wagyu skirt (this is the best!!) , and tajima rib eye

would definitely comeback to celebrate special ocassion!

Food 8.5/10
ABC soup feels out of place with the other menu, the comfort food element is nice and all but it's also very fulfilling. The decision to keep the pasta dish before the main course is also quite odd. by the time we reach the actual main course we're already extremely full. Taste wise every menu are really tasty.

Very limited selection of beverages

Suggestions: A different menu set for small/medium eater which only contain 1 actual main course (instead of pasta + beef/scallops etc.).

Venue u0026 ambiance 7.5/10
Not much to be said here. It's not a typical fine dining restaurant for sure but I can see the effort put into making it as comfortable as possible. Seating is good with enough space between tables. Everything is clean, tidy, and neat.

Service 7/10
We arrived early to the venue (40 minutes before reservation time). A lot of staff but mostly just standing in the dining room. Quite a bit of chatter and laughter from the staffs before and at the start of the dining.
Staffs are polite and nice enough.

Suggestions: Explaination of each and every dish is not always necessary. Diner appreciation of the Chef's effort from the taste alone should be enough, no other proof should be needed. It just felt pretentious. especially with the memorized and rehearsed script.

But some might prefer the more snobbish experience. consider to print detailed explanation behind the menu card instead of oral explanation.

For couple's table staff should be trained to clear the table when both diner is finished with 1 menu in order to not interrupt their moment more than necessary (twice/menu change instead of once). It's okay for larger group table tho.

Value 10+++++/10.
Best bang for your buck in town. Blowing the competition by a lot of miles.
I was surprised of how cheap it is relative to the quality of the meal and overall experience. Chef's decision to not charge as much as she could should be appreciated.

I personally think they should charge a bit more. Because I would like for this place to stay open for a long time. ????????????????????

Awesome! Loved every course that came out.

Came because the wife wanted to try fine dining in Medan, so I didn’t have much expectation. But, I was pleasantly surprised.

Price is pretty steep for me(average Rp. 500.000/ person for the chef course meal) but you should try it before you make your own judgement because there a lot of worse places that charge a lot more.

Pasta Arrabbiata is mind blowing good. Scallop Edamame is so delicious I want to lick the plate. Even the dessert which sounds simple(dark chocolate ice cream with apple fritters) serve as a perfect ending to the meal.

The place didn’t feel pretentious. Feel like the guests are here for the food and upper level didn’t disappoint.

As of this review, it’s season 4.2 and I picked “The Steak” 6 course meal (the menu is in the picture).
