Love the cuisine from tai hwa due to the taste and in term of $$ out not painful for our pocket, and more importantly you can feel home cooked caused all the cooker are all old ladies, we really can feel our granny cooked for us, try and proof it yourself. One of Best tze tzar in Medan

My grandparents were frequent patrons of Tai Hwa. I see the second son at the counter, continuing the legacy. My last meal here was almost 30 years ago. I could still remember the steak and the “uncopyable” butter prawn. Brought my wife and kids to be nostalgic and it doesn’t disappoint. Although the texture of the butter prawn sauce a bit different from my memories, the taste still lingers. My kids loving it. A rare old school restaurant, like Ee Chiong.

Great place for old school Chinese food. Make sure to try their own TH interpretation of popular dishes such as fried chicken, etc.
