It suits my need. The rooms are great. You have everything you need there. The beds, showers, AC, all works without execption. They also have swimming pool and gyms at the rooftop. The 24 hours service also works well. The best one is the breakfast, since there are so many options that you can choose, starting from the cake, fruit, main course (including the traditional food in Indonesia), etc. The location is also beru strategic, located in the center of Medan City. It is recommended to come here if you go to Medan.

I arrived after midnight the front office showed no sense of annoyed at all, i thankyou for that! And the food gradually getting bettern than the last time i stayed!

Checkin 1630,waiting room non smoking, frontdesk not focus,let customer inpatient to ask desperately..swissbell not recommended..

Many people suggested this hotel for us. The hospitality was good and room service was prompt (well Indonesians are). But the comfort of the bed and breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Pros: great roof top swimming pool with a view of the city. The gymnasium looked promising but was locked.

Cons: poor maintenance and very old cutlery.

Average spread on the buffet breakfast, mix of western and Indonesian cuisine.

Sub standard for a 3 star hotel.
