Personal opinion, not rekomended for relax and sleep-well searching. Just one night stop because bad weather, location and cheap price.
No hot water, matrass too soft (backpain).
Yup just that.

When i arrived at the hotel, there wasn't anybody at reception desk. I waited for 15 minutes then someone came. He didn't greet me at all. I had booked my room by traveloka app n had added special request for early check in. They said I couldn't get in the room. I had to wait until 12 O'clock. The staffs are not friendly. Sofa in the lobby is in bad condition and the air conditioning is off. The hotel is rather dirty n dusty. I don't recommend this hotel.

Room size too small. I won't be mind for the room size if they keep their curtains and floor clean and neat.

Bathtoom facilities were too awfull, so I couldn't describe. Bed quality? Hohohoho... the worst quality I had ever use. When I sat on the bed, it was like no springs inside, and I felt like I was sucked into the middle of the bed. Nightmare every night due to very low quality of the bed.

And Guests what? We got TWIN BED when we asked on the reception for DOUBLE BED, where it supposed to be DOUBLE SIZED BED means 2 Persons sleep on 1 big size bed, whether it is Double Sized Bed 160×200cm or Queen Sized Bed 180×200cm or King Sized Bed 200×200cm. Sorry for my detailed info as I got my degree from tourism institute on hotelier department. If someone wants to stay here, please make sure to the receptionist that you need 1 Big Bed or 2 Small Beds. I think they will understand that.

And for breakfast, even we are passing by the reception desk, but no one did their courtesy gteeting and ask a question whether we wanna have breakfast or not. But thank GOD we always have online taxi on time every morning to get our lovely chinese food restaurant to go for breakfast(s). And one more: I don't believe if they really have a NON-SMOKING ROOM.

But sorry for photos, I couldn't take it, to busy to think about taking photos because my visit to Medan was for my sister's wedding.

But, that's the service you get when you got that price you pay.

Pretty cramped bedroom and bathroom, but still enjoyable to have some relaxing sleep. The morning breakfast can be brought to your door with no extra charge.

Broken bathroom ceiling and mirror. Like a boarding house. But located in strategic place
