I consider they have Good service. The building also has a classic architectural ambience.
Talking about the service, it's good enough. They also serve BPJS (insurance) patient.

I have been living in Medan for nearly 20 years and never been to another hospital except Elisabeth,never disappointed so far.
Nice buildings and antic and one of the heritage buildings in Medan.
Staff very helpful..

One of the 5 best hospitals in North sumatera, My husband and my son had very good treatment while hospitalized there.
nurses well trained,doctor was good and basically all staffs were friendly

I once went here to visit my Professor. This place is classic. There're lots of people selling foods outside.
