Was here for the steamboat package after recommended by friends. Personally, not my liking because
- the soup or broth is super duper concentrated with MSG or ajinomoto
- service is bad, eg. ask for plain iced tea and given sweet iced tea, ask for chicken broth and given tom yum broth
- the air circulation within the hotel is not strong and warm
- top up the package and has to repeatedly ask a few times to bring us the top up dishes

This place is almost completely perfect.. But, my experience, I've got something strange.. May be something like anxiety attack.. IDK.. When I go to sleep.. Nothing wrong with hotel room. Just feel uncomfortable by my self.. Then I walk out from my room, go to parking lot, and try to breathe.. May be, oxygen from nature make me feel better. After 10 - 30 minutes, back to room and sleep like other night.. Did you have idea about it?

Parking is okay
Lobby is good and enjoyable
I did a normal room with kingsize bed, bed is hard enough for me
The tv kinda small tho
Decent storage
Bathub water heater works really well, and they got hair dryer !

My room is on 4th lvl with no view, thats a huge blow ????
Go for 5th or above to get view or the hotel front side room

The staff are friendly. Thats why i gave 2 stars, i love vintage room, but its too spoky,
The bed and pillow are smell very bad.
Topotels group please renovate your hotels
Some items and things on room too old and almost broken.
strategic place and friendly staff, but horrible things in room, so the room rate are not relevant with the price.
