They're renovating the place. So scaffolding at the front of the building? Don't ask. We got here at night and it's too cold by my standard. And dark. Somehow the taste of the food is not the same as the one in Asr*ma H*ji. Not that much but enough to make me not wanting to come' back here again. And btw my head just keep bein' splashed by water from the air conditioner, arrgghh..

Tuna pizza was awful- I wish I could ask for refund. One of the worse pizza I ever ate.

Prawn bruschetta was also so-so.

I don't think I will try another pizza Hut in Medan.

And our drink has so much ice it's ridiculous. Once we remove the ice we only had half glass left.

Lunch with my fav pizza, super supreme beef with cheesybites, i love garlic butter, salad, cheese rolls, all are delicious ????????????????
Tpi pelayanan nya kurang, jdi kurang pas di hati, klu soal rasa alhmdulillah enak enak enak ????????????????

Cozy, not too many people here, taste still same good, but no more balloon for childern

The food and the service is of course as the same like the other huts, but there's a little problem I got there. The table I was using was poorly maintained, it got shaky and the drink I ordered almost got spilled. I checked the foot of the table and saw that there was a foot that was not stable and made the table shaky and overall gave negative impact to my experience.
TL;DR : It just seems poorly maintained.
Edit : After I came back, it is has already maintained which improves my opinion for this place overall.

Our all times favourite Pizza Hut restaurant. Well, other branches are great as well. But since this one is the nearest to our residential area, with comfortable and spacious outlet, well, its our favourite then. Good for groups, you should bring your family to this restaurant.
