Really Poor Hotel Service.

When check in to the hotel, all my request from Traveloka was not accommodated.

I booked 4 rooms, 2 rooms ready another rooms must wait almost 2 hours. I called more than 3 times, just received promise and promises. Untill I came to the operator, then the room ready.

In our observation, One of the room mentioned was ready, but take to long given to me.

The worst thing : they didn't give towel in the room when passing the key

It's ruin our holiday trip.

Management should take care of service seriously. Unless it will take matter of time this hotel will have less visitor.

first of all, we have to wait for the available room.. never happened before.. i specificly ordered a smoking room, but they gave me a non smoking room.. and the only way to smoke is to go to the lobby, which is quite far from our 6th floor room.. AC is not cold, under the bed theres so many trash from the previous guests.. had to ask for soap, shampoo, towel, mat, tissue and toothbrush.. housekeeping were nice though.. don't like the lady in the front desk, i think she's new, not well informed.. the only reason wanting to stay there is the pool.. used to provide soap, shampoo and lotion, not anymore

I felt pleasant and comfortable during my stay at Grandika hotel Medan. We really appreciate for the staff service. The check in process was fast

2 stars because the food was actually good, but the room was surprisingly dirty. They use a ripped duvet cover, seems super worn out, and there were trash on the floor beside the extra mattress. The shower handle couldn't stay in place, and the water is somewhat brownish and makes me and my sister itchy every time after shower. The TV is working but apparently there was nothing to watch because the hotel unsubscribe their cable service. ???? It's a disappointment for a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel was good and quiet at that time we came. The price was reasonable. We had good coffee time and served good snacks during our meeting in this place. The staffs were friendly and polite. Everything was okay. Food place to stay when you come to Medan, because you'll be surrounded with many local restaurants in a North Sumatra University area. Good, infact it's a great location in Medan. Just nice, not exactly in the city centre, but a very famous area in Medan few years back.

Not a big lobby they have but that's ok. Parking lot is also another issue. Rooms are clean and well-maintain but the most important thing is, I found that they have warm welcome and good hospitality from the staff.
