Being skimpy and tricky. Latte but taste like water without proper milk, maybe bcz they change the milk with another brand, and always said ovo promo is sold out. Happens in lippo mall medan and knia airport branch. Even we are their first customer to arrive there and order coffee.

Nice place, but no smiles, no politeness from the staffs.. Although their service is quite good..

dirty seating, lots of spotting, lots of sand and cigarette ash in the seating. ????????
