I've been there for few days for a meeting. The place was nice and I took a picture from the rooftop and I like it. The ballroom was good, audio system was ok. One thing that I didn't like is to find the parking lot. It's really hard to find parking lot for you car, I have to look for a long time to find perfect spot to park my car. So, if you plan to visit you have to be prepare for this one if you have a car. other than that it's cool. People who work there also seem nice.

All good, however food's not really satisfaction on buffet. But views and overall were good, didn't know the hotel cause oj my visit it was a party, parking lot too small but free which is acceptable.

Comfortable room and toilet has glass separator. Has hairdryer.Alfamart is just across the hotel. Breakfast is fine at rooftop. but the location i heard is not safe at night for walking alone nearby.

Strategic location. Convenience store and restaurant near by. Close to train station. Room is at good condition. Small parking lot. Average to low breakfast. Need more variation

Two elevator operated when we were there and one if them was smell like a smoking room, hurt my respiratory ???? ????

Good location, at the middle of the city. Some 1,5 km from the train station or merdeka square. At the night, surrounded by hawker eatery (but not during this pandemic restrictions regulation). Great!
But the hotel facility needed to improved. They should condensed soap instead of solid one. The kettle for was not function normally.
The health protocol during this pandemic is fair. The breakfast was delivered to the room and they provided many food choices for lunch or dinner as the outside foods were closed.
