This hotel has been existed in Medan for years and they keep modernizing the facilities. The lobby looks nice and staff is also hospitable. Great and warm service from the receptionist. The room is also spacious with great amenities. Spacious parking lots also available at open air and underground. Room rate is also competitive. Great location, just minutes away from shopping mall, business center, market, etc.

Hotel is pretty nice, clean and very friendly staffs, duty manager is always on floor to greet all guest. Room is very spacious and comfortable. But some amenities is bit too old..the shower drat need to be replaced as it was leaking, the bath tub drainage was attached to spring to pull. Overall very happy and pleasant staying here.

The room was huge, the bed super comfort, and AC was cold. It was a good comfort room to take some rest after worked for days. But their bathroom need more maintenance, some of the pipes were leak. Yet I still enjoy my comfortable sleep here!

We stayed as a family with 2 teenagers and 1 child for 2 nights at 2 suite. The rooms quite spacious, comfortable u0026 clean.
All the staff are friendly u0026 very helpful ????
The breakfast buffet are satisfying because it serves a lot of various Indonesian food.
Recommended!

Excellent hotel. Service was good. You put a prayer's mat that's superb. Some facilities need to be refurbished/changed/upgraded though. Iron and its table was in bad condition unworthy to be used by guests, bathtub has corroded, wash basin's plug was haphazardly repaired, hot shower was not hot enough

This is a 5 star hotel, but they charged you for additional 2 bottles mineral water, where they only provide 2 bottles initially in the room. Regular 5 star hotel supposed to have 4 bottles set up. The carpet is so dirty, there's stain and hair on the bedsheet, the washbasin is clogged, the lamp in the wardrobe is fused and there's no hand towel set up upon arrival. I think they did not check this room as it supposed to be. To me, it's more like a 3 star hotel, sorry.

There were a few things that required improvements

1. Gym equipment was oldu0026had no towels and water.needed to get to the swimming pool tp get a towel to wipe the sweat off

2. Toilet got stuck

3. Tried to check in at 12pm but they said room wasnt ready and needed me to cpme back at 2pm..This is standard hotel practice but most hotels let u check in earlier if there is available room.makes u wonder of the hotel occupancy was full.

4. Forgot my card in the room and they couldnt allow an extra one to be made.after debating they finally gave me an extra card but my 2 other cards got blocked.had to go back to the reception again to fix it.

5. Breakfast wasnt the best..
