Not really recommended Hospital. The waiting for you to check up is just too much, almost unbearable. And that's not because there are so much patient in there but it's more likely just the service is to slow respond. If there are an option for rating below 1 stars I think its much more likely for my rating. Just wasting your time in there, better find another hospital with better service.

I always believed that there are no good nurses in this city. Every nurses I know is just corrupt and violent when handling a patient. Well, long-short story, nurses in this hospital break my believe. When, I am sick, they handled me with care. Although, there must a possibility this hospital has a bad nurses. Nevertheless, I do agree with the bad management. Btw, I like the service of registration on morning-noon session, the night shift's one just sucks and rude.

VERY POOR !!

Regretful i must confess this is a horrible hospital that i'd experienced in my whole life and i hope this management take this seriously. My nephew got an urgent issue for his health problem which we did not expecting this happens and it was an urgent !! It was started from your registration desk who registrated us without asking and made an error mistake with our name. Fix the name would take the time, do you notice that ? How could you may say as "a general practicioner / doctor" just assuming without checking body contact / body investigate like a general practicioner always do and ensure what it was?? Tell me please. We strongly assure that my nephew had a matter issue and your medical doctor just told us it was only "pilek / flu" ?? But we told her it wasn't !! Something gone wrong in his bronchitis !! She was in there ; a place where we 'd been sitting in waiting room for waiting a registration. She looks young and wearing a hijab !! I strongly sure she was your general practicioner / doctor becaused the man who handle my nephew which was a nurse guy told me to call her and he said she is a doctor !! We reported by verbal the issue matter to the person in-charge in that room for his medical record track, that this child has ever experienced a "febrile convulsions" or STEP. But alas unfortunately the person in-charge careless or missing this crucial point in their medical record track !!! Very poor attention.
Why did we know this? Because a doctor came in to our bed for routine check after we have been moved to this room ( tulip 8 ) - from waiting in hours, this doctor seemed confusing and asked "has he ever had a febrile convulsions ?" And we answered yes he has. This doctor looked up confusing and told us why we did not tell them or informed? In fact yesss we did !! Could you please tell me what was it is?? What kind of service it is?? It was really awful !!!
In short my nephew lost his life very soon in this hospital and left bad memorise for me personally. Fyi, you should fix your management unless you want all those people abandon you in the future. Or this hospital obviously never cares about someone's life??? You guys probably don't !!!

Indonesian-standard: low quality service, morgue ambiance operating room, unappealing nurses ✌✌✌ not the best option for your medical needs. ????
