Really not recommended. I booked it for IDR 450,000 (superior room), and it was the cheapest room. I asked for the price last night, and it still costs IDR 350,000. At the hotel, the resepsionist said the price was changed in the morning. The air conditioner doesn't work well, it looks so old. They don't facilitate the mat for the bathroom so we had to use the towel. The wifi is POOR. They have 2 wifi on the 2nd floor, but both don't work. So bad. Pricy but not woth it ????

If you like loud train horns and loud speaker announcements all day and night your in luck. When i couldn't find a hotel entrance i should have turned around, but because i prepaid without a cancelation option, i was committed. So i went in thru what looked lice a service entrance and endured a 90 minute check in process. Only to find that my reservations couldn't be found and that I had to pay 40% more for a smaller room, and not honor my confirmed reservation price. However the reception personal were trying there best, but they cant change the fact that the hotel is physically located in the train station. As far as the breakfast you receive a Starbucks voucher which is also in the tram station. But if you request coffee after 10 your out of luck.

Lift broken many months ???? not good for travelers brought many staffing...

This hotel is very loud! We stayed on the traffic side on the top floor and heard a constant stream of honking and car noises all night and day. The hotel is not well insulated. There was also a festival going on which had VERY loud music that made the walls shake. We asked the front desk to switch rooms and we were told we had to pay a fee to switch rooms. They offered no solution for the noise even though there were rooms available! Terrible customer service. If the noise doesn't scare you off the room is very clean and has a very nice shower. I would not recommend.

We arrive there at 9,earliest check in is 12pm, unless i want early checkin i need to pay 50% of rate.

Due to i bring my daughter and she was unwell, i ask the lady there if we can early check-in without any cost, so my daughter can rest.

She not allow us to, unless we pay, so i pay 50% and she gave us the room key.

The room was facing the train station, and the train horn was very loud and my daughter can't sleep well.

I was hoping when we pay extra at least gave us better room, facing the other said by knowing my daughter is unwell.

Overall disappointed. Amenities in room there was 2 tea bags, 1 sachet of coffee and 1 cup noodle.

I believe it should be 2 sachet of coffee and 2 cup noodle. ????

Anyway i know if early check in will impose penalty, but some hotel like fave, was giving us free early check-in previously. At leas give us some discount, not 50% of todays rate.
