Excellent service, fast response from the nurse team in charge of level 5 where I was hospitalized during the week of Sept 12-16,2022. Clean and hygienic. Head of ER and Head of nurse were very helpful and friendly. GM is a very friendly person whom I met. Only 1 concern: please keep the food served to patients warm so that patients have the appetite to eat although we know how hospital food tastes like. Overall: diamond star rating for a hospital in Medan. Keep up the excellent service, team!

The doctor and nurses are very friendly and understanding of my conditions. They try their best to ensure that I feel comfortable.
For the room, I’m staying in a room that’s quite expensive but it’s worth the service and experience.
For the food, it’s better than most hospital food I’ve eaten throughout my life, and I’ve stayed at hospital in Malaysia and Singapore.

Bad parking service. No place to park, incredibly crowded and we had to PAY even though we didn't get a parking spot. Got in and looked for a parking lot for u003e10mins and ended out getting out. A waste of time.

Phone service and customer service is also just as bad. They held me on pause for more than 8 minutes without clear instructions.

I have been coming to Columbia RS throughout my pregnancy, and I could not be happier with the service, support and guidance provided by Kak Juliana and Dr. Joshimin.

Kak Juliana has accommodated our every need, from rescheduling appointment times, to finding alternative doctors if Dr. Joshimin was otherwise engaged, and has in general been a wonderfully friendly yet professional nurse.

I couldn't have asked for a better nurse or hospital!

First time visiting this hospital, it's Clean,neath and the staff are Help full and friendly. Craving for something tasty and savoury? Just go get some good food at Cafe Columbia. Keep up the good work!
