5star hotel that located at the same building with the mall. Which so much easier to go outside or just bough food. Nice hospitality. With nice breakfast and view. Unless the swimming pool if full with the kiddos at noon

Check in process was horrible, given only 1 access card, when requested one more for my wife it was chargable. Facilities are minimal: swimming pool and sauna are closed. Wifi is unstable. Room looks outdated, no bathtub only shower looks dirty full of watermark u0026 stains. 5 star? No way, it barely achieves 2 star.

They mix receptionist, cashier and cs at same spot, it creates chaos in queque. It took almost one hour just to get my key (has been checked in online).
The room.is nice cos it is executive suite, but the door is difficult to close, the tech said it's been rotten ..the resto is also chaos with dull taste ..the officers has no smile there..stressful maybe. They mix smoke area with non, no border ..so.useless and def not comfortable. The only thing we are glab being here and has been staying here since old times cos of its location and also there's dying mall there to buy food if getting bored.
The park area is also a mess..smell like septic tank. Too bad!

Room service was…. Not any word to say… room was dirty, old, unmaintained… I can only say that air condition was working… how you can change the roll paper and left it half? Even don’t mount in roller??

This mall well organized, not too big, as mall however, is served you well.

The hotel building is old.. bed was squeaky. Smoking area in the breakfast place is not outdoor or in a separate room.. so you can smell the smoke while you eat your breakfast, and the menu for breakfast doesn't change, imagine how bored we got! service was mediocre, especially at the breakfast place. This place is not service oriented. The only nice thing to say was the cleaner for the bedroom did a good job consistently.

Good location, but service not up to that standard, room wasn't clean, no one is there to pick your call,
Buffet breakfast was good tho.
