Crowded most of the time. Parking is next to impossible to find. BPJS is accepted here. It used to be one of the best in town. But now... They'll ask for your ID Card and they'll return it when all payments are done. dr. Dina Lyfia, Sp.A's our favorite. If not because of her, we wouldn't come here, at all.
And BTW last time I got here with my kids, they asked for Rp. 350.000 deposit prior to any examination. Bureaucracy here is a mess, parking is hell. What kind of place is this? They call it hospital?

Definitely go to other hospital if it has better rating.
The procedure in this hospital is clear only in the registration step.

Once you are in the system, you just have to blindly wait in front of the policlinic( if you are lucky enough to be informed which number of clinic your doctor will be). No nurse that will update you the status of the doctor or you can ask for his status.

It is common knowledge that the doctors in Indonesia is never on time. That part is the fault of the overall health system in Indonesia.

But in a hospital where you are expected to just wait and have a hard time finding the information needed is an issue of the hospital.

I ended asking information from the cashier because
1. No nurse in the poli room.
2. When i finally spot nurse in the vicinity, she just told me to wait instead of giving update such as dr is in surgery room, dr is doing a round, dr is coming from the other hospital etc.

And what worse is the information I get from the cashier is different from the information i get from the nurse. It seems like the nurse doesn’t even want to put an effort of finding out where is the dr.

Good service in its class. Much room and good facility, except parking area. Our baby was born here. Thanks God and all.

Dont go here if you not money ...the process of adminstration is slow if you just have a bpjs ..
