If you search for budget hotel room this place have good service. But remember this is budget hotel room you can ask more like cable tv network, good breakfast, etc.
This place offer several services cause this hotel/guest house is a partner of airy room.
Aminities, snack, free breakfast (breakfast delivery about 7.00 a.m.). But remember if you want to stay here you must bring your towel cause there's no towel in your room (idk if that's just in my room fortunately I bring mine).

So this the best services in that prices.

Good: close to Masjid, easy to find halal food if you want to have lunch or dinner. It gives you breakfast though only packing rice. All airy complement like snacks and bathroom amenities are provided. Fast wifi internet.

Need to be improved soon: please apply exhaust fan in the bath room, because vapor and smell from bath room will enter to the bed if you open the bath room door. Then when you take a bath with hot shower, you will feel not comfort because of bad air circulation. Then please provide wifi repeater or amplifier, because wifi signal in the room severally in low.

Pretty good value for the price, but the toilet is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned for months. Hope they would clean it regularly.

The room is clean and fragrant, if you book a room you will provide with snack.
