This hotel in a really great area and near big/main road. The bed very comfortable and the noise from the outside are very silent in the hotel bedroom, event it's right in the side of the main road. The toilet need to repair and clean better

The place is really affordable for such good service. The place is clean, new, and staffs are nice and friendly. It is situated near the city park so it is very easy to get food and services.

3 Stars hotel with strategic location in the middle of the city of Mataram. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Staffs are friendly. For breakfast is standard (nothing special).

Nice breakfast. Clean tidy room. Really helpful and friendly Staff, thank you to SM and FO staff, mba Ayu and mba Rina. Really made our stay.

Was in time stayed at this hotel for holiday in Lombok.
Located in the middle of Mataram city, easy to reach this hotel.
The people are friendly and room is good.
Simple waiting room also there and it's nice.
