Very nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable, there is a lovely, green courtyard, and staff are wonderful and very friendly. Good location, too, and fantastic value. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast and no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. And there aren't really any good breakfast places nearby either (except for one very expensive and boring Western-style place).

Very decent choice for a mid price overnight stay in Mataram. Well organised. Nice fountain in courtyard and very good location. The decorations inside the room could benefit from refreshing.

It’s a bit horrible - there must be other places nearby worth trying. Beds are comfortable, but the positives stop there.

We were here for 1 night only:
Walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on next door and outside.
WiFi doesn’t reach the room.
Bread at breakfast had mould on it.
Omelette at breakfast had an ant in it.

Definitely look around for availability elsewhere before booking this place.

Good for a short stay if heading to/from the airport. When I stayed there were some noisy families banging doors upstairs near midnight. I was able to shift rooms luckily. Lovely staff

Clean neat rooms . Big comfortable bed with good AC. Hardly any shops around so walking for food is not really an option. But getting food delivered is easy and cheap . Nice for unwinding.

I do love this place a lot, located in the city of mataram, near shopping for centre Epicenteum Mall of Lombok, biggest shopping center in Lombok I think. The room is so cozy, the staff so helpful and so kind. Room so clean and the price is low as well.

Hotel is nice not too far from lembar harbour, friendly and humble staff.
