One of my favourites fast food restaurant to go. My favourite spot to dine in is on the 2nd floor. But, i think they need to upgrade the self-service machine 'cause it was too slow and also some people still get confused the way to order menus

Worst Mc Donalds experience I've had

I ordered a regular Big Mac and got a Big Mac Rasher...
i said i would like a regular big mac, the woman said i'd get a special Big Mac because of a special weekend.
If I order a regular Big Mac, I want a regular one!
She could ask me when paying if I want a special one and not just bringing me a different.
Only the ham was taken away from the Big Mac, but i said i wanna have a new one because there were many black dots on my Hamburger bread.
I didn't get a new one. She said the other hamburger buns look the same.
I didn't eat the burger and I won't go to McDonald's again.
McDonalds should normally have a consistent quality standard!
i'm from Germany, we don't sell a burger that looks like this in Germany.

The place is wide and chill. The ice cream, coffee, french fries, strawberry white chocolate pie is very good. But the chicken is too dry. The chicken is cold and the chicken skin is hard to bite. I tried their newest ice cream. It's a regular strawberry sundays with apple pie. I like their ice cream.

The place is good and clean, the food is tasty, and there are a lot of discounts and deals if you're ordering using McDonald's app. But I think the toilets and the sinks aren't very clean, and it'll make customers uncomfortable using it. Like if you're opening a restaurant, hygiene should be your first priority, and I think they can improve their standard of cleanliness in the toilet areas.
The staffs are professional and helpful, so overall it is always good coming back to this restaurant.

I really like all the menus in this place. The menu choices are many and there is always a new menu addition. Besides that the price is also affordable compared to other places that offer a similar menu. Every time I enter this place, whether it's in any area, it must be a comfortable and nice place. Of course, it must be crowded ✌
