Here just for a quick breakfast.
Service were too slow. Only 1 cash register opened when I was there. Waiting time per person was 15-20min long, not fast for fast food restaurant.
Chicken was delicious like usual. Mango float still the best drink here for me.

The place is big and chill. The toilet is small and clean. There is a place for the children to play. The food is as good as another outlet. The cream puff is very delicious. There are a lot of cream inside the cream puff. The cream puff is crunchy and not too sweet. The price of the cream puff is IDR 11,000 (including tax). The mocha float is very delicious. The coffee is bitter, but if you mix it with the ice cream, it become sweet and creamy. The mocha float is not too expensive, only around IDR 12,000. The yubari float tasted the same as indomilk melon, I didn't recommend the yubari float.

Super bad experience. Food serving took longer than half an hour. It is not fast at all.

Also there was a promotion for this month, it was clearly shown on the banner. But when I got the order, the extra item was not provided with the reason being we need to say we want that promotion WHEN ORDERING. The attitude was so annoying and disappointing.

This place is good, just like an usual KFC's restaurant, their place was located so well and it's so huge, my fave place

Very slow service. Always run out of chicken. Very bad experience. After all these years no improvement at all from the management

Always wait long to get served, very slow respond from the crew...happens for years and never improved ????
