Panbakers is a casual dining area by Merindco group that has two outlets in Makassar city. The one that we visited for lunch was in Living Plaza at AP. Pettarani Street. The place isn't that big, but quite crowded. It's also quite comfortable to dine in while having chitchat here.

They provide a lot of menu from the soup, salad, starter, brunch, rice, pasta, pizza, steak, dessert, coffee, tea, and many more. Believe me that you'll need more time to choose the menu as it is so many and interesting ????

Here are what we tried :

Avocado on Toast (IDR 68,000)
This is one of the all day brunch menu that consists of the soft toasted bread topped with avocado, beef bacon, and poached egg. It is served with sautéed baby potatoes and mushroom in the tasty garlic and oil sauce.

Crispy Skin Pan Fried Salmon with Rice Pilaf (IDR 70,000)
A plate of rice pilaf (rice that is cooked with herbs) with corn, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, the the pan fried salmon.

Red Velvet Pie (IDR 30,000)
A red velvet pie with cheese cream inside and red crumbles on top that has sweet taste.

Ice Long Black (IDR 32,000)
The iced black coffee without sugar. I like their black coffee that has a strong taste and also not watery.

Ambience was very good. Helpful staffs, superb menus. Sure will go back here with family.

Idk if it's just my feeling but the waiters kinda unfriendly tho the food was fine ????

This restaurant offers vast variety of western food, I tried cheese chicken spaghetti and it was nice, love the cheesy sensation it had. The place is lovely and the interior is beautiful, so it really gives a good vibe. What I don’t like was the service, the waitress was so slow and unresponsive, I had to wait kinda long just to order my food, they didn’t offer menu or table to sit and just left me alone in the entrance of the restaurant, moreover they did not even clean the table directly when I wanted to sit. Hopefully they can improve the service in the future. Kind of a shame to have a lovely restaurant and good food, but terrible service.

I love the ambiance and the foods are served well u0026 delicious. We ordered: Chicken n Cheese Spaghetti, Oxtail Friedrice, Nutella banana pizza, and something marshmallow with the crackers like in this picture (I forget the name). And for the price of western food it wasn’t expensive.
