The worst and dirtiest hotel in my life..no housekeeping standby.. clean the room with ur own hand..i've never imagine to stay at that hotel again..i find a wad of hair(unknown hair), dust under new bedcover, dirty bed linen, smells not good beside the lift(coz there are lots of rotten trash)..OMG!! Hope the management can do better..

Overall, it's a good experience. The service is good, the hotel stuff respons were very nice. They were trained well. The facilities are also quite complete, they are all clean and comfort. Surely will visit someday!

I came with cash and the reception had no change, the hotel reception named Mr. Ais said "don't ever stay here again, OYO and the gahara hotel don't need guests". I was bullied and not given a receipt. Please handle it seriously, I checkin and be served very rudely. If this employee is not sanctioned, I will report to PHRI and the ombudsman.
