The room 808 is a mess. Mouldy bathroom, stained carpets, walls and curtains and the walls in some parts are crumbling. Wallpapers torn and the presence of smoking odour is apparent. Most likely from previous customers who decided to open the window to smoke inside the room
The steps to the lobby is very steep and the other option is to go via the lift at the basement parking area which is also very steep to go down to.
This is definitely not friendly for the disabled or elderly, avoid this where possible.
The only redeeming factor is the cheap price, the warm (not hot) water and the cold ac that complements the somewhat comfortable queen size bed. I cannot guarantee though about the cleanliness of the bedsheets if the rest of the room is the indicator of hygiene.

If you are planning for a long stay, I don’t recommend this Hotel, even for a night stay.

One star is too much. The worst hotel I've ever been in. Room was dirty and the stench was unbelievable. There were like 30 cigarette buds under our beds, the sheets were dirty and had yellow-ish spots on them, the bathroom smelled of mold and was dirty as well. AC was barely working and after we left an open box of crackers on the table, we found a highway of ants leading to it the next day. Hotel staff spoke barely any english and didn't much care for us. Just don't do this to yourself and pay a little extra if you have to for a different hotel!

The personal was very helpful, but the language barrier made it bit complicated. The room was quite dirty. The bed sheets haven't been white anymore. The floor was blurry. Be prepared that the personal is not speaking English. Quite noisy Street in front of window.

One of the best hotels in Makassar. Walking distance from the beach and many recommended local restaurants. The suites are specious. I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues and family members

No WiFi accessible, bedsheets not so clean, hot water is not flowing well. Good points is that the hotel location is near losari beach.

Dusty, dirty, need through cleaning! My bathroom has broken sink. And still hair everywhere and I need to call for it to be cleaned again. Not recommended
