Good location near downtown Losari Beach.

always friendly and ever ready to help.

Good enough for a short stay on budget in Makassar, but not perfect. The hotel is on a great location as it is within walking distance to the losari beach, the fort rotterdam, and also the port to go to samalona island.

The bathroom has a very minimum space like many other Ibis. Unfortunately the Glassdoor for the shower has a gap, so the water can easily splash on the dry area. I had no bathroom mat when i came, but it might be just a small mistake. My towel had a medicine smell, which is weird for me, and unfortunately the smell lingers in the bathroom as well. The mirror in my room have stain on it.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast has enough variety but the taste was not special. I verry much appreciate them for providing milo among the choice of hot beverages for breakfast. The bed was comfy and they provide “guling”! Very much appreciated. Bravo!

Overall i had no extreme problems during my stay, but i have stayed at several other hotels with the same price with a better facility and service.

i really love the way they served me. so nice! especially for the waiter called viktor he is so polite and calm. and not forgetting to mentione one of their sales AYU she is so humble and i love the way she handled the event
such a nice and warm hotel

As for as I have checked in. I experienced the most welcoming and cooperative staff here....else need to see later onwards.

Smelly bed sheets, not-so-cold AC, even though I asked for non smoking room, but since get out elevator and in the room, there was smell people smoking. I hope better for IBIS hotel standard
