Love the room and the lobby's lights. They gave a warm welcoming notes and complimentary a plate of fruits and snack. The hot water ran great and the bed was comfy. I had a pleasant stay.

Location not good, far from city centre. Breakfast not delicious. Water tap weak. And just look at the colour and stain and smell the towel when it gets wet,

Otherwise the Aircon works and its cold. Amenities reasonable although jaded

First of all, check-in process is wonderful..and almost everytime I come to this place comforts me like at home. Secondly, level of service staffs here are outstanding, noticeably Mr Soma who speaks very good Japanese services his customer with due delligence, with well spoken and fast and precise services provided. I’ve gone up to the 20th floor for bit of a grab, it was quite late at night and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much however the steak that I’ve ordered was very much in my opinion, SPOT ON. Well seasoned and tender, sauce was nice too. I can not recommend with enough words here but if anybody is planning to stay in Makassar, THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE and you will not regret your decision even an inch. Enjoy..????

It's a pleasant place to stay with a wonderful service. The staff are very helpful. We are well assisted by Mas Hermawan during our breakfast time. Thank you so much.

Been here a few times and always a great stay. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Clean gym with plenty of equipments, I'll say it's pretty close to a full-functioning gym! the staffs are all very welcoming and glad to assist with any of my enquiries. Indomaret is just nearby too.
for the price, it's a steal to stay here

It was a great place to stay. I stayed there for 6 nights and I had pleasant time. Unfortunately, one night, my power was off for several times I called the fronst desk and they told me they'll check and update me ASAP about what happened. I waited for an hour and still get no response, and I was pretty worried about the power, so I called the front desk again, and they told me it was nothing to worry about. They should call me first tho.

But yeah, staffs were great, breakfast was amazing, keep up the good work!
