I am not satisfied with the services. They prefer to talk each other (as employee to another) rather than talk with customers. It sucks.

Within aggressive move of many modern stores like Hu0026M, UniQLo, and online stores this dept store still - I would say - try to holding on.
To me this is still my favorite store to get my daily or formal clothings.
Dunno why but I think other stores I mentioned above just not fit to my taste.
Maybe thats just me being too moderate ;)

The pricing in Matahari also considered best you get a lot of promo and discounts...

I do really hope they can survive this cruel competition and still become 1 of the top options in fashion industry in Indonesia.

Great store lots of discount and awesome pricess any tourist will love went there about 5 time during my trip to makassar and wish i can go again 1 more time.

the service is quite good and clothes you can buy there are relatively cheap.. They oftently cut the price especially before ied and other holiday
