aku suka dengan makanan dan minuman yang di offering sama waitresnya dan cukup sering utk singgah di excelso, BUT i was really dissapointed with staff who handle the telephone soalnya aku cuma nanyain kenapa saldo kartu aku terpotong sedangkan saat pembayaran 2x declined dan anehnya aku malah dibentak cara ngomongnya agak tinggi dan terkesan agak nyolot. sorry to say tapi yang awalnya cuma sekedar bertanya dimana mungkin hanya ada sedikit kesalahan tapi berujung complaint. aku gak yakin bakalan kesana lagi.
