Losari Beach Hotel

A middle old man, guess he is an owner of the hotel is very friendly. He smiles and greets guests all the time. Stayed here few times since 2017. Looking for a room with a nice sunset view on Losari Beach, come to this hotel and ask for a sunset view room. They also have good massage service near restaurant on the 1st floor. Therapists are friendly and skillful.
However, room is not well-maintained. Ants are everywhere, no hot water, AC in bathroom is noisy. Some kids are running around outside room at 10 pm (my sleeping time).
Okay guys, getting bored or not being satisfied with food at breakfast, come out and walk to the south. About 100 metres, there's a porridge stall with so many customers standing in queues. Trust me, it's very delicious.

We only visited for the buffet breakfast.

I can only be positive about hygiene. Breakfast sucks. Rooms are tiny and corridors noisy. Staff is very friendly but services are very poor. In spite of reservation my room was not ready and it costed an hour to arrange that. There is a hot water tap but only cold water comes out

It has a good and clean room. Lately the towels are new. The air conditioner is working properly. Sadly there's no mirror in the bathroom for the last room they gave me but that's ok tho. There's still a big miror on the wall behind the door.

For a very cheap hotel, this is very nice, clean, very modern and located right at the very center of the city apart from it's small size room, but its cheap anyway (IDR120.000/$9). If you're on a tight budget, this would be a very perfect place to stay, and by the way the staffs are very accomodating.

Location is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, wifi decent, room small but thats oke with comfy bed, the cons is not clean

I ordered deluxe room with breakfast for 3 nights. The staff were friendly but almost is never enough.

In Traveloka, it was mentioned that I supposedly get refrigerator but they said due to broken hence it's not available and hot kettle for boiling water, you need to ask at the front office else they won't offer it to you as well as the slippers. The kettle itself was dirty and I need to cleaned it up myself. The mirror within the room got a sticky gel and it has been days the cleaning services didn't do anything about it, again, I did it myself. They didn't even take out dirty plates when cleaning. I called the hotel and they told me to leave it outside of the room, from the afternoon until past 12 o'clock at noon the next day, the dirty plates still at the front of my door.

Don't bother the towel here, it was nasty and torn all over. No hot water at all.
The breakfast, not worth it.
The stairs, way too narrow, make sure you stepped carefully.

I stayed because the hotel is in strategic location, but you may have another better place with the same benefit as well as proper services that you didn't even have to ask and more of cleanliness. The air conditioning was cool anyway.

Oh! One more thing.
The roof was leaking, to the walls and floor would get anywhere. So if you were about to check out, make sure to keep your luggage safe else, your things would get wet and be super heavy.
It was a mess during rainy seasons here..
