Fantastic location overlooking the sea.
Smaller type no frills hotel prices are mid range prices.
Pay extra for the sea views they are worth it and amazing.
Rooms are comfortable and smaller.
Bathroom is fantastic with a great shower with adequate hot water.
Don't take the breakfast option there's another hotel across the road with a buffet breakfast at local prices, or any local cafe.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

A simple, no frills, hotel at a good price and in a good location. The rooms are small but adequate, and the bathrooms are exceptional (with a full length window to the bedroom - don't worry, it has a blind) . TV channels are mainly Indonesian, but with at least one English movie channel and Discovery/Animal Planet/AXN. Pay a little more and get a sea view.... Maybe because of COVID (and so reduced guest numbers) the breakfast was unimpressive so you may want to skip this and just go to one of the many local coffee shops/warungs/kaki lima. The rooftop is unfortunately closed at the moment. This was our second stay, and we would stay again. Exceptional value for quality of room and location.

Gosh, my friend tell me about this hotel. At the first I think a lot.. Hey this is a very small hotel.

But when I check in... It was so amazing....

I check in on their ocean view, which is very spectacular view.
Breakfast, standard minus.. Better book without breakfast.
Hospitality just OK, but not that's good.

They don't have room service, so after restaurant close, don't expecting for spoon, fork, plate and the rest

Location can not be beat. Centrally located right front of Losari beach.

Cheap, comfortable rooms with bare minimum amenities (towels and bottled water and not much else). Bathrooms are hit-and-miss; my first stay the soap was leaking from its dispenser but my second stay was fine. Location is prime for beachside trips. Walking distance from dozens of local restaurants, souvenir shops, and Fort Rotterdam.

never thought that i got very very good beach view with cheap price..
food is simple but it taste good, really really good
room are small but it good enough and cozy to spend a night here
shower is great as well
cheap hotel with amazing experience
will be back here for future visit in Makassar

Nice hotel. Nothing special, very standard 'european style' rooms. But if that's what you want, it's a great place. The breakfast was pretty decent too and there's a nice bar nextdoor.
