Amazing place to stay, great location and views of losary. The place is very accommodating and run by staff fery friendly. I would rather stay here than an expensive resort any day.

the management definitely need to check room 701 because that room is the worst. No hot water, so so water pressure from the toilet spray, water leakage below the sink, and dysfunctional shower switch. Something needs to be done with the plumbing.

Foods are good and tasty, the waiters, reception are very handy i strongly recomend people to stay with them if you need a hotel around central makassar or sam ratulangi

Good room with very good price. Staffs were pretty helpful. Room was clean. Food for breakfast was pretty decent. I stayed in connecting room, so I could hear some noise from the next door. I also made reservation for family iftar, but the price is not worth it the food that they served and the service that they had during the iftar time.

- Points:
- Breakfast was poor
- As a 3+ Star Accor hotel, their cappuccino was terrible and more like Kopi Susu with weak coffee taste
- Staff hospitality needs improvement
- Hotel was using sharing water dispenser in each floor corridor, as it was not recommended for Health Protocol.

Overall worth of price, however as International chain hotel, this hotel was below standard. Need to be improved in advance.

Breakfast have a lot of options and taste great. I stayed there for 3 nights and asked for a non smoking room. It’s written that it was a non smoking room but when I entered the room, it was clearly smell like cigarettes. When I got home from my trip, my entire clothes and suitcase smell like cigarettes. And the wall was pretty thin and I can hear kid screaming and shouting on the next room in the evening when I tried to work. I really want to like this hotel, but they can do better than this
