I went to this hotel for a business seminar. The room of the venue was good. The AC was pretty good compared to several hotels I went to for seminars. Its sound system was also good. The food served for iftar and dinner was tasty.
The drawback was about the food as some people had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes for the new batch to be served. Also the location of the hotel which was not by the broad road and the lack of parking space for cars which made this hotel may not be able to host large events.
Overall, I would recommend this place for medium scale business seminars.

The air con is pretty hot, even when you set on the coolest level. The room service is not good, they won't replace your towel for days, even it's already dirty until you ask.
The staffs are not very welcome. Most of them not greet you when you come to this hotel.
Breakfast time. Almost all tables are dirty.
Not happy at all. 10/10 won't stay in this hotel.
However, this is a budget hotel.
1+ for the food, they're good.

A clean and good interior hotel though quite old, but its clean,the room is spacious and the lobby as well as the hallway are cool and clean. It has several meeting rooms and a ballroom to be rent. Inside the standard rook they even provide Refrigerator and TV cable. I must say I was quite impressed with the room.
Unfortunately the breakfast was not as good as other 3 star hotels. It is very limited,the taste is also so-so, and the waiters didn't refill the finished food. Too bad, you better book the hotel without breakfast package.

Good except for the fact that the sink pipe was broken, lots of ants, the couch and pillows have holes in them, the walls seems cracked, i had to wait an hour for them to ready the room but still the sink pipe was broken and i didnt get a mat so my bathroom was flooded and the room was also wet because of the broken pipe

Easy access location, the room is worth with the price. But the ballroom, is too small for wedding party. Overall good services, friendly staff and the important is parking lot, this hotel have parking lot separate with the hotel building.

Maybe my expectations are too high for this three-star hotel. For the cleanliness of their room and toilet, I think they can do way much better. I found a biscuit wrapping from former guest in my room and I felt a lil bit disgust when sit on their toilet. I also had a bad luck staying at this hotel. I lost my helmet that I put on my parked motorcycle on their parking lot.

This hotel is good for young traveler with low-midle price. The room quite comfortable with minimalis modern style.
On the top roof level you can enjoy 320 degree of Makassar downtown and surounding of Mountain around that you can Take panorama picture around.
