relatively cheap, food is good, as a javanese who lived in makassar, this place is such a good place to heal the feel of homesick, totally recommended

Whenever you are looking for food from east java like pecel, gado2 or rawon, you can come to Marem. Taste for pecel and gado2 is okay. Not very special but good enough. I can't say same thing for rawon though. Too much reheating making the soup too salty and taste bad.

Its a delicious east java restaurant,served Nasi Pecel, and Gado-Gado. The service is good and quite responsive. The price is affordable. They have a small pray room for the guest too. They also provides catering service. The parking lot in front is available and easy to get through

Javanese authentic cuisine in Makassar. You should try Nasi Pecel and Nasi Rawon there. Very recommended.
