The main problem with this hotel is its central air conditioner. It was hot in most of the rooms. I will give 3 stars for that. However, the service is really excellent. They respond well for most of the customer needs. One thing I noticed in particular is when I had breakfast on the third day and I was about to order two half-boiled eggs, the waiter had already anticipated it and served me even before I said a word to order it. The crews are very perceptive. I would give it 5 stars for their service. The location of this hotel is also very strategic, near to most places you will need to visit during your stay. I highly recommend it if you want to make a meeting or something similar.

The hotel is affordable with average level of facilities. I booked a luxurious room, without bath tub. The water tap is almost broken with rust stain on it. The room is less soundproofing and hence the voice can be heard from corridor.

They have friendly staffs. Clean, tidy, and affordable hotel with complete facilities. Their breakfast menu are tasty, available from traditional to modern menu. They have swimming pool, coffee shop, Tickets cafe also in same place, and ballroom for wedding or any other ocassion also available here. Best place to stay for holiday or for work.

I don't expect much since the beginning, but cleanliness needs a lot of improvement I have ants in my room. Broken bathroom door lock, had to ask the engineering to fix it which takes a few calls for them to finally come and fix it. But good things are friendly staff and the food is tasty

It has a good room, with complete bathroom stuff. Not such a nice view, but it's enough to business or just stay a night near the city centre. Poorly, in my room, there's no way to lock it, I thought it was broken or something. And the AC sometimes didn't work well. But overall, I like it. Nice job!
