My favorite Sushi in town, Sashimi dan grilled Salmon nya juara

De'Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that has medium to dark lighting. On the weekend, it is mostly crowded with family and couple.

They provide variant of Halal salad, sushi, ramen, udon, bento, and many more.

Here are what we tried :

Salmon Mentai (IDR 70,000)
Consisting of eight sushi filled with kani (crabstick) and crunchy, topped with baked salmon (we could request the raw or cooked salmon. I chose the cooked one), and mentaiko sauce.

Goma Seaweed Roll (IDR 48,000)
Six sushi filled with fried soft-shell crab, lettuce, sprinkled with white sesame, sauce, and mayonnaise.

Beef Curry Udon (IDR 60,000)
The fried udon in a bit spicy curry sauce served with sliced beef, corn, carrot, peas, onions, and green onions.

The quality of the food drop so much since the last visit 10 months ago.. So thirsty after drink a lot of their ramen soup.
Sushi still taste ok. Bento taste become very bad, so salty not edible..

A nice place to eat, but not really comfortable to spend time longer with friends. However, the food is delicious but the price lil bit high ????

This is the branch of de Sushi restaurant in Makassar. Quite same menus here, my favorite will be Salmon skin salad, Yaki Udon dan chicken Karage. While the kids will order set of sushi ranging from RocknRoll Sushi (this one really rocks :), Dragon Roll, de sushi Roll, Pizza Sushi, Salmon mentai, Firecracker, etc. so many options....
Well, definitely this is not the traditional sushi you may find in the original country but for us this kinda "fusion sushi" will match perfectly with our taste ;)

They put my place for reserve when I still there while the table next to me was vacant..
