Recommended place to eat coto food in Makassar. "Coto" is one of the legendary authentic Makassar culinary delights that are very popular among the Makassar people and tourists who come to visit this country. It is a gravy food made from beef, added with beef innards in the form of lungs, liver, lung, intestines, tripe and heart. While the spice sauce is a combination of a number of spices consisting of fourty types cooked in clay cauldron and added to a fried peanut mill.

Coto Makassar is best eaten along with buras. "Buras" is dried rice, a kind of savory rice cake because the rice is cooked with coconut milk and wrapped in banana leaves. Besides being spicy, as a complement to coto it is also good to eat with sambal tauco and lots of fried onions.

Coto Please Perintis Kemerdekaan is one of the Coto resto in the Makassar city owned by H. Nurdin, daeng. Karang, located before the Perintis kemerdekaan gas station which is now one of the alternative transits for culinary connoisseurs.

Etymologically the meaning of Paraikatte comes from the Makassar language, which is 'Para Katte' or laterally means 'we are together'. It's not complete if traveling to Makassar and not felt this legendary cuisine yet.

The place is quite big and many tables are available, they provide 2 size portion, small and jumbo, for kids it is better to order the small one. The price is under 20k rupiahs.

This is my favourite Coto in Makassar. The place is spacious, free banana for dine-in, also you can add more onion and scallions.
