I once had a reservation here. It was fine until we ate, when i wanted to order another drink to the waitress, the waitress suddenly frowned at me and looked at me in disgust. I was confused as hell.

I knew they were busy at that time, but they were at least supposed to be polite at customers. They should have been grateful that they were busy or no one was going to pay their salary!!

I had asked several other waiters and waitress for my drink, they either nodded or ignored me. Right after that, the drink that i had been waiting for didn't come and never came until i finished eating. The services was bad, the boss or the owner had the rights to cut their employees salary whenever someone reported a bad service. (you know as their warning)

Anyway, I'm never going to come here ever again ????????

amazing place, the ambiance is great. i love the sambals, especially the mango one, so refreshing and match the chicken/duck so well

A good place to eat duck i would recommend the balado duck and the crispy duck it has spicy chilli but the downside is i don't like the waiter's service
I had sat down for quiet sometime but there were no waiters handing me any menu and when i looked behind they're all playing on their phones , it seems like the manager are not monitoring their worker it's not a good sign for a restaurant to have waiters like those and when my food came i already told them to separate the chilli and the duck but instead the kept putting it together which made the duck mushy and not crispy and the waiter's reaction is like they didn't want to change it according to my order

Waiting for 2 hours with no any serve. No clear explanation made us leave without eat
