Not quite four star standard here - rooms are on the small side, and bathrooms could be cleaner. The pool is tiny and somewhat depressing. Staff were friendly but need some more training and don't seem to be really in tune with the needs of travellers. Location is great though, and so are the views from the upper floors.

Very recommended hotel ever start from reception. They re treating us so excellent. After that we enter to the room we meet up with house keeping they are also handling our request so faster so we dont need to waiting for a long time

First time and would never comeback here again
-no confirmation about type of room (smoking or no). Yeaa i got smoking room and cannot exchange because the room is full??
-there is a bug in the wall
-dirty blanket

It's a very standard hotel for a 4 star hotel

+ The staff are very helpful
+ Pool, gym, and resto menu is good
+ Bathtub and amenities are good
+ nice view

- the room is a lil bit dirty, maybe because it's an old hotel
- it didn't have enough power outlet for your devices
- it took more than 8 minutes to turn on the water from cold to hot
- the water from the wastafel sometimes it's dirty
Sorry best western, even though you're a good hotel
Maybe I'm not coming back

Must be a nice hotel before covid, but I guess due to pandemic condition the room seems not well maintained. Broken cabinet's door, lack of smooth water flow in bathroom, long wait for hot water, etc. Should be fixed for guest convenience.

Our group of 4 people stayed here. The staff were excellent, but the rooms were not up to standard. My room had a leak that flooded the floor every day, and the bath tap didn't work. On the third night my electricity went off, so I had to move room; which was fine.
We understand that business is low in Covid times, but better use only good condition rooms and mothball poor ones.
