I wanna revisit this place for its beautiful scenery, fresh air and friendly people.

If you plan to climb up here in the afternoon, you'd better bring some snacks and supply enough drinking water because the food stall at the top is already closed. Still, no littering please.

Similar view with Bukit Rhema Gereja Ayam that offers their own uniqueness and scenic view. This place is very high and they recommend going there during sunrise. The place is very well maintain and the road to the top is very, very smooth.

Definitely worth the very early wake up to be here by 05h30 for the sunrise over the Borobodur valley and between the majestic volcanoes of Merbabu and Merapi. Several other platforms for photo ops. Entrance 50krp. Take care as several of the stairs are slippery. Drinks (coffee!)and instant noodles available for breakfast...

Wow, if you’re looking for one of the best spot to catch the sunrise around Jogja, Magelang and etc, you should consider this place.

Its about 10 minutes upwest from Borobudur, this place will give you one of the best sunrise in the entire Jogja around. Many photographers, foreign tourists, is came here just to see the beautiful sunrise.

Prepare yourself to walk about 300m from the parking spot with some really stephills.

The right spot to see a sunrise, this place was align with Borobudur, Pawon and Mendut temple. At the left corner of your sight you can see "gereja ayam". Another tourist attraction in Borobudur. I thing best time to visit is before sunrise, prepare your self with mineral water, exercise shoes or what else makes you convenience because the track uphills with the paving ground.

It is very beautiful place to see sun rise and a lot of photo spots. Place is clean, well maintain, nice local people and clean toilet.

A popular nature destination, especially among young people and sunrise enthusiasts, in Karangrejo, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. At the top of a hill visitors may have a beautiful view giving a "walking in the clouds" sensation at sunrise, with silhouettes of the world famous Borobudur Temple and Mt. Merapi at a distance. I came here with my family at noon, the hike up the stairs was a good sport, and the day view from the top was nice but not extraordinary. Spacious parking lot, with some food shops offering simple foods and drinks. Clean toilets and musholla (moslem prayer place).
