We booked the traditional room online u0026 it was written in the description as "twin/queen bed". We then made a request for a queen bed. Yet when we arrived, the beds were twin. Not only that, the room was very small, 2 people can't walk in the same lane. The description also promised us mountain view but the windows couldn't be opened u0026 when we stood in front of our room, the view was just trees. Room was very dirty like it hasn't been cleaned since the last person who stayed here. TV was still analog which resulted in we couldn't watch the TV at all since now everything has moved into digital. There were lots of ants so our sleep became broken because they bit. The toilet was leaking u0026 we called for help to fix it up but it seems like the caretaker couldn't understand bahasa, there were lots of misunderstanding with him. They didn't provide food u0026 asked us to just order food online but also they didn't have any cutlery. No WIFI u0026 reception in our room was bad. Images online were deceiving u0026 their regulation doesn't make sense for the amount of money that we paid. Even in Jakarta, we can stay in a much better place for the same amount. And when we complained to the manager, Noni instead asked us to cancel our booking with her broken English. When we looked up the reviews online, it seems like she does have an attitude problem. Ironic, because it's a "meditation" center. Maybe she's the one that needs to meditate.
The only things we liked from this place were the bed, pillow, hot water u0026 the uniqueness of the hut. But with all due respect, we had to give 1 star rating for the arrogancy
