Untuk tempatnya memang bagus dan juga nyaman, makanannya juga enak, pisgornya juga enak tapi pelayananya sangat tidak memuaskan. Satu hari sebelumnya kami sudah reservasi lewat wa tapi slow respon. Jam 11 malam pihak caffe mengirimkan daftar menu2nya dan ada beberapa menu yang tidak tersedia seharusnya kalau tidak tersedia lagi menunya bisa di beri tanda supaya calon pembeli tidak berharap lebih.
Teman saya datang jam setengah 5 sore untuk reservasi ulang dan ternyata ada beberapa pesanan yang sudah kita list tidak ada di dalam daftar akhirnya teman saya meng-list ulang pesanan. Minuman sudah siap di meja jam setengah 6 sore tapi makanan yang datang hanya ayam rica sama ayam penyet makanan lain yang kami pesan seperti mie goreng seafood dan nasi goreng tidak diantarkan padahal di meja lain yang orangnya baru datang mienya langsung diantarkan sementara kita yang sudah datang jam setengah 5 sore tidak di antarkan sampai jam setengah 7 malam pas kita tanya ke karyawannya ternyata mereka lupa dengan makanan yang kita pesan :) akhirnya karna sudah bad mood kita batalkan saja itu makanan dan kita putuskan pindah lokasi.
Mungkin kalo bukan bulan puasa bagus ji pelayananya tapi ini krna momen bukber jadi agak keteteran, karyawannya juga kurang briefing mungkin.
Semoga karyawannya bisa lebih teliti lagi kalo ada reservasinya orang jangan asal di tumpuk saja di atas meja akhirnya bingung sendiri lihat mana yang sudah ada makanannya sama yang belum. Kan bisa juga di tanyakan langsung sama kita masih ada makanan yang belum di antar atau sudah semua. Ini tidak ada feedback apa2 dari karyawannya ke pelanggan, jadi akhirnya kita sudah berharap juga makanan ta di buatkan eh eh trnyata nda dibuatkan malah dilupakan.
