the front office and other staffs has no hospitality at all. When we ask to help US for laundry, they just give some words that make no sense..

I was here for holidays 18-21 November. This is a new hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, they attended to our need promptly and always welcome us with warm smiles. The swimming pool is gorgeous, I was told it is half the Olympic size. The breakfast is satisfactory as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for this price and service.

New hotel, new building, staff is very nice and helpfull.

Location itself is rather far from the city, but it still good place to spend the night.

It has a swimming pool, hot water in bathroom, strong wify, and many TV channels.

I definitely will be back again if going to kendari. :)

New hotel. Far from city center. Near big supermarket like indo grosir also near famous seafood restaurant. Hotel with swimming pool and non smoking rooms.

good place for staying but the room service is leaking. order a hot water.and they didnt show up into my room.

Nice hotel for family, we can enjoy the pool. Love it and recommended hotel.
