Lovely relaxing resort. It's a little outside the main part of Ubud centre but they have an hourly shuttle service that is very good. Service generally was excellent for us and they even made us a pack-up breakfast when we left early for our next location. Our pool villa was very good, clean and spacious. The mini bar was reasonable. The outdoor plunge pool was a good feature of our room but not heated so a little cold for us to use. I would recommend a visit to the spa; the ladies who work there are very professional and the massages were very good. Generally the food was good, including the breakfast options. Like many others, you can tell the resort is still recovering from the lockdowns, so some things are limited, including the dinner menu. We would definitely recommend this place for a good retreat to relax and visit all the region has to offer.

We had amazing experience staying at Wapa di Ume Ubud. We bought promo from Traveloka to celebrate our wedding anniversary, though it's promo, the hotel still gave us all facilities and lots of complimentary service.

The service is super excellent, amazed by the staff hospitality, cleanliness of the room, and it's green concept (less plastic). The hotel area is huge, they have 2 pools, spa, gym, meeting room, chapel, free bike, free shuttle.

Our room (Lanai Room) have the best view direct to paddy field, we are so lucky. And last one, the breakfast is amazing! Must try!

So happy and definitely will be back, thank you!!

Wapa di Ume is a great resort but I would suggest that you only really book the rooms with the view of the garden/fields at the front portion of the hotel.

We stayed in both types of room and I'd say there is a vast difference between the 'jungle view' where you literally only see some trees in front of you, and the 'garden view' where you have open views of the fields.

The rooms are nice and beds super comfy, but I would say that the shower itself isn't great, but the bath tub is nice and big.

The massage experience was great, we had foot bath, massage, body scrub, flower bath, and it was only 600,000 for a couple (albeit this was a special offer).

Staff are very nice and helpful, they helped organise motorbike rental and anything we asked they were accommodating.

Overall would rate this place highly, aside from my comments above.

The staff were amazing, always happy to help with bookings, recommendations and our requests. Includes a delicious breakfast and cocktails are good value at happy hour. Overall loved the location and infinity pool. Would definitely visit again, I suggest booking directly on their website for best pricing/deals.

We had such an amazing stay at Wapa. The staff are kind, attentive and patient, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa with private pool which was excellent, good size, private and the pool is so handy. We did the couples spa one afternoon and the ladies were fantastic. Breakfast is delicious, lots of options and views over the rice fields. You will not regret staying here!!!

Absolutely charming hotel situated in rice fields just outside the city centre. The staff are amazing, extremely attentive and willing to assist with anything you need. Our villa was clean and stocked with every amenity you could need, right down to N. American adapters. The hotel offers mountain bike rentals, which are great to tour around the more residential areas of Ubud. All in all, fantastic stay!

Simply one of the nicest places to stay. Great service, really really friendly staff, fantastic location with hourly shuttle bus to Ubud town centre (walkable in 20mins, uphill on way back).

Absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Food from breakfast through to dinner is superb and the view is sublime.
