Very helpful and knowledgeable staff from doctors to nurses.
They were the only clinic in Bali that had the rabies immunoglobulin serum.
The doctor walked us through the process and explained every step of the way.
They even helped with the insurance papers.
I highly recommend this center if you need medical assistance!

The whatsapp booking service was very convenient. I booked an antigen test for that same evening.

Upon arrival everything was very quick and efficient, I had my certificate within 10 minutes.

Don't forget you will need your passport

Got my PCR result in 6 hours, as promised. Very friendly, professional staff which helped me make a booking via Whatsapp and reassured me I’d get my results as promised. Can highly recommend! In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Good clinic with fast covid test results. The 3 stars instead of 5 is because they keep a fish in a tiny bowl the size of a glass, on the counter. The water was dirty and the fish looked half dead... Very bad feeling to see something like this is what should be a clean, healthy place. Other customers were talking about it too.. :/ please improve this animal's condition ????

Highly recommended!!!
They have their own laboratory for PCR, and they process the samples there. So, the results can be issued as promised.

The place is easy to find and the staff are so friendly.
When you're in Ubud, you have to visit this place to get your medical care.
