Umaya Villa Ubud

5 T.O.E Through Our Eyes - a month ago

We stayed at Umaya villa Ubud at the villa with swimming pool on the site and we found it pretty much lovely. Really, it was a cozy villa with a lot of greenery, probably a bit old but perfectly maintained. The price per night was more than fair and delicious breakfast on villa's terrace became one of the most remarkable memories from our Bali trip. The location of the villa is ideal: many various dining options are at a stone’s throw and monkey forest sanctuary is just round the corner. There is a small parking space, but it wasn’t a problem at all, as the owners helped us to park the car quickly and safely. I must admit, the owners were so kind and helpful in general. Thank them very much for their hospitality. We would give only one tiny critical remark concerning hot water: the point is that when we had just settled in, the water heater was turned off, and when we found out that and turned it on, we had to wait more than one hour to take a hot shower. So, it would be great if the owners turned the heater on in advance before guests arrive. The rest, our staying at Umaya villa Ubud was impeccable.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Spent 1 week here, the staff have been so nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice and large. Bathrooms are amazing. Food for the complimentary breakfast is delicious. Perfectly central but out of the way from Ubud center. Highly recommend.

This is really one of the best rentals we stayed in for our trip to Bali. They are in the Monkey Forest and have restaurants just down the road a short walk from them. They have partial outdoor bathroom and living room in the one bedroom with private pool. Do not worry about bugs because the property is smoked/sprayed daily for mosquitos. They should still get a new mosquito net that fits the bed better though :) I loved that we had privacy but if you needed someone they are always there to assist. They have a very nice breakfast option at the little restaurant!

Wow!! Were do I start? We stayed here in January 2017 and absolutely loved it. The staff did everything they could to make or stay great. Rooms were clean and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. They even helped us book a private trip to the temples. Looking forward to going back in March 2018.

Rooms could be better, lack of lights. Towels were a bit dirty. Tons of lizards hanging around so if ones afraid of lizards it’s better to skip this place. Staffs weren’t actually friendly I’m guessing they don’t speak English. Manager was pretty helpful u0026 friendly.
Not bad not good either. Won’t go back.

Loove the location, clean room and super helpful staffs.

Its located right next to the Monkey Forest Ubud back entrance; in a peaceful village of Nyuh Kuning. You can have a Yoga Retreat or just enjoying city because its only a short walk from Ubud city.

Nicely designed private villas with modern outdoor bathroom and livingroom, AC in the bedroom with your own pool, amazingly friendly staff and great service! Much recommended place and would definitely stay again!
