Good in terms of room cleanliness and services, but when we compare the rates better hotels are available. Location 5/5, food 5/5, service 5/5, value for money 4/5. Stayed here for 3 days.

Location wise the Ubud Wana Resort is superb. The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary is just within walking distance from here. You will find several nice cafes and restaurants on the street.

The staff at Ubud Wana Resort was hospitable. At night time, the whole area is super quiet, which I liked the most. Due to Monkey Forest being very close, it is advisable not to wander around at night time alone around this place.

The breakfast has many options. Being a vegetarian myself, I find very few options there. Approaching to them regarding the same, they had prepared some vegetarian dishes according to our preferences. Kudos to them on this. The room was spacious with a long balcony.

We have had full / half day meetings there. Wonderful staff, always friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are good. The atmosphere is absolute heaven. I have colleagues from abroad who always stay here when in Ubud, so rooms and guest facilities must be great too. They have 2 pools and a nice garden area too. Walking distance to many restaurants, Monkey Forest and center of Ubud - so awesome location.

This is an amazing resort. Very quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed our 3day stay at Ubud Wana Resort and wished we had some more time to relax. We enjoyed having 3 pools to choose from and being able to go for a lovely massage quite late at night before going to bed. This is really a lovely resort and would encourage anyone who wants to go for a relaxing holiday to go here. It is walking distance from the sacred monkey forest and if you are up for it you can walk to the Ubud Market as well. We truly enjoy our stay.

It's a 4-star hotel, but the service is like 5 stars.
The reception staff takes the time to ask for all the guests' names, and does a personal introduction to each and every one.
Normally, turn down service is only provided at luxury hotels, but they do it! What a pleasant surprise. I love that the rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are huge and well designed (water from the shower will not make its wet out into the rest of the bathroom), and has all the amenities needed.

There are 3 pools in the hotel, with the main pool having 4 jacuzzis and a relative large pool size to not just soak and cool down, but to also get actual swimming done. The management really does a great job in maintaining the rest of the landscape and facilities outside of the room. I felt absolutely 100% comfortable.

It's located in Nyuh Kuning, which is a great neighbourhood. Near enough to the central of Ubud, and Monkey Forest, but slightly out so that you don't get much traffic, tourists and noise. It's so peaceful and quiet.
